Autumn in Vermont is an experience not to be missed. The mountains and valleys are ablaze with the colors of foliage. The air is crisp and clean with a slight chill of winter to come. Our surrounding area captures the true essence of autumn in New England. The many quaint and picturesque villages and towns are bustling with activity. When you take a break from leaf-peeping check out the local harvest festivals, craft fairs, and antique shows.

When the snow flies it is time to come back to Vermont to enjoy the many winter activities. With Stratton, Bromley & Magic Mountains nearby the list of winter activities is endless. Some people enjoy the rigors of downhill or cross country skiing. Others enjoy snow shoeing in the solitude of the National Forest on marked trails some of which start at our front door!
Or you may wish to pass the time away in a more relaxing manner. You may take a sleigh ride through snow-covered fields and woodlands.
